A Quick and Easy Guide
Integrating our solution into your existing system is designed to be simple and efficient. Follow these steps to get started:
Create a New Project:
Visit the Olab platform and create an account using your email or social media logins. Once logged in, start a new project by providing its name, description, and the CMS and SaaS platforms you aim to integrate.
Invite team members to collaborate on the project
Assign appropriate roles (e.g., admin, editor, viewer).
Custom CMS Configuration:
For CMS platforms with available plugins, download and install the Olab plugin directly from the CMS marketplace. Identify the SaaS platforms you wish to connect with
For non-standard CMS systems, input Olab’s API credentials into your CMS backend for a seamless connection.
CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho), marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), or analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Automation Setup:
Automate workflows between your CMS and SaaS platforms, such as: Push CMS product updates to a connected SaaS eCommerce tool. Sync leads from a SaaS CRM to a CMS-based email campaign. Use custom triggers to initiate actions based on data changes, like sending an email when a CMS product is updated or creating a task in a SaaS tool when a user signs up. Conduct a series of tests by publishing content on your CMS and checking its synchronization with the SaaS platform, or making changes in a SaaS tool and ensuring they appear in your CMS. Use Olab’s error logs and diagnostics to troubleshoot any syncing or authentication issues that arise during the testing phase.
